General Adult Psychiatry Consultant

Valid GMC registration

• Right to Work in the UK

• Previous experience in a similar role within the UK or Ireland.

Dates: To commence ASAP until the end of January 2025 with the possibility of an extension

Rota: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Section 12 and AC status needed – Cross site cover.

Base will be near Bronglais General Hospital site for the Ceredigion Adult MHS

• Will be working with MDT and Crisis Team support

• There are 2 Junior Drs at CF/ SCF grade, both working within the cmht teams for the last 12+ months

• There are no acute adult psychiatry inpatient ward in BGH

• Patients are admitted to the Carmarthen Inpatient ward and the Community consultant supports the Inpatient MDT & ANP & Spec Dr in discharge planning with CMHT, Join our Colleague Referral Scheme!
