Clinical Pharmacists required - North East London

We are currently seeking several dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacists to join our NHS Hospital client , on a 6-month contract. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing clinical pharmacy services to patients and supporting the wider multidisciplinary team., * Conduct clinical medication reviews for hospital patients, ensuring safe and effective use of medications.

• Provide expert advice to healthcare professionals on pharmaceutical matters.

• Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to optimise patient care.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans.

• Manage and monitor patients with complex medication regimens.

• Ensure adherence to best practice guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Support the education and training of junior pharmacy staff.

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

• Previous experience in a clinical pharmacy setting (Band 7/8a preferred).

• Strong knowledge of medicines management and clinical pharmacy practice.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Experience with patient medication counselling and pharmaceutical care plans.
