Job Summary

The Field Engineer is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers while identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage risk. Through a combination of hands-on learning and formal training, the engineer becomes the company’s representative on-site, with supervisory responsibility.

Responsibilities

1. Develop necessary technical and supervisory abilities to perform duties required in the business line’s range of services and products.
2. Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. Execute service delivery to the customer.
3. Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
4. Assist the Design/Technical Engineer with implementing technical programs and bids.
5. Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
6. Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
7. Wear PPE and observe HSE policies and maintain the required safety training.

Qualifications

1. BS or MS: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering (other closely related degrees considered) of a 2:2 standard or above.
2. Be globally mobile.
3. Demonstrate native or near-native proficiency in Cypriot.
4. The right to work in Cyprus.
5. The desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business on high-value, technically complex products/projects.
