Pre-School Assistant

Assisting in the daily care and supervision of children aged 2-5 years.

Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.

Helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where children feel valued and secure.

Assisting with snack times, nappy changing, and personal care routines as required.

Working closely with the Pre-School Leader and other team members to monitor children’s progress and provide feedback to parents/carers.

Ensuring the pre-school environment is clean, safe, and organised.

Adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all children.

A genuine love for working with young children.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.

Basic knowledge of early childhood development.

Willingness to undertake a DBS check.
