As Growth Marketing Manager (Demand Generation) , you’ll drive inbound growth by optimising digital marketing strategies and improving conversion rates. Your primary goal is to generate high-quality leads and increase booked demos through website optimisation, lead nurturing, and targeted campaigns. You’ll also collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives and have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role – Think CMO for a scaling (Global) SaaS company.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies to increase inbound demo bookings.
- Optimise landing pages, forms, and lead capture processes to maximise conversions.
- Create and refine digital marketing assets, including case studies, webinars, and email campaigns.
- Lead marketing analytics efforts, tracking cost per lead, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support lead generation initiatives.
- Manage marketing sprints and work closely with content and design specialists.
- Play a key role in scaling the marketing function, with potential to grow into a Head of Marketing position.
What you’ll need to be considered:
- Extensive experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to drive high-quality inbound leads through digital channels.
- Strong experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO), lead nurturing, and email automation.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow) and product demo tools (e.g., Navattic) is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track, analyse, and optimise marketing performance.
- Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
