We’re looking for a CSA Preconstruction Manager to join the London pre-construction team. This role involves leading and coordinating the CSA aspects of major bids, working closely with estimating, design, commercial, and operations teams to develop competitive, compliant proposals.
The position offers:
- Salary: £80–90k + car allowance, pension, healthcare, travel & flexi-working
- Exposure to technically complex, large-scale projects across Europe

The ideal candidate must have data centre experience and will have a background in CSA delivery or pre-construction, strong bid management experience, and technical knowledge of structural/architectural packages.
