The Role: Growth Marketing Manager
The Growth Manager at Brand Hackers will play a pivotal role in accelerating our brands’ commercial growth by devising, implementing, and optimising growth marketing strategies.
You’ll be focused on driving growth through data-driven campaigns, customer acquisition, retention strategies, and innovative marketing solutions, with a strong focus on Performance Marketing channels.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of digital channels, capable of managing a small team and driving our brands’ businesses forward in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- End to end campaign ownership: Take full ownership of campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis to drive growth for predominately DTC brands across key platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- Data-driven decision making: Use insights from performance metrics and wider dashboards to inform strategies, optimise campaigns, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Collaboration & stakeholder management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand Founders and internal teams to align campaign objectives and deliver impactful results.
- Innovation & Testing: Develop and implement testing plans to refine strategies and keep campaigns forward-thinking and effective.
- Account management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships by consistently delivering results and providing strategic growth advice.
- Agency growth: Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your brands.
Experience/Skills:
- Proven success in growth management, particularly for DTC brands, with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to optimise performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and tracking software.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques and A/B testing to optimise campaign funnels and customer journeys.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team, with a focus on development and performance improvement is preferred.
- Background working in fast-paced startup or agency environments is a plus.
What we can give in return:
- This is a full-time, remote-based role, starting ASAP. We do require all our team to be available to be in London at least one day every fortnight.
- We make offers dependent on location and experience. Our salary brackets are flexible, so offers will be at all levels within the range.
