Our client, a global leader in premium flexible workspace, is seeking an exceptional Growth Marketing Director to join their leadership team during an exciting period of expansion. Backed by Private Equity, our client has achieved remarkable growth and is looking for a strategic marketing leader to capitalize on this momentum.

What will you be doing?

  • Brand & Growth Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, consideration, and lead generation across direct and indirect channels, while working closely with the Sales Director to accelerate business growth.
  • Digital Transformation & Innovation: Play a key role in the technology transformation journey, leveraging a unified operating platform to enhance member experience and drive engagement.
  • Budget Optimisation & Performance: Manage and optimize a lean £mm marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI across all channels.
  • Events & Retention: Develop and implement an innovative events strategy to drive growth and enhance customer retention while challenging the current offering.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of 20 marketing professionals, building high-performing teams and ensuring the right technical and commercial capabilities are in place.

Must have experience:

  • A highly data-driven marketing leader with experience in media, marketing effectiveness, SEO and ideally, lead generation.
  • Experience having operated at a Director level.
  • Strong technical understanding of apps, websites, digital products, and customer data platforms.
  • Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams through periods of growth.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with demonstrable stakeholder management skills.
  • World-class commercial acumen.
  • Experience in B2B family-owned / owner-operated businesses would be advantageous.

Location: Central London (4 days per week office presence required)
