Job Summary

We currently have an exciting opportunity within the practice for a Facilities and Communications Lead. The role is a senior position within our admin team, working cross-functionally to support various teams within the practice. This role will suit a motivated and proactive person who is looking to develop their career.

Main Duties of the Job

This role has three main aspects:

  1. Facilities Management: Managing the buildings and associated grounds through scheduled maintenance, servicing, and checks, as well as planning works and reactive repairs.
  2. IT Support: Coordinating responses to IT issues using the appropriate helpdesk or contact. Being the main point of contact for IT issues and ensuring all supplies for printers are maintained.
  3. Patient Communications: Utilizing the website, social media, and newsletters to coordinate patient communication regarding their experience with the practice. Supporting patients in using the latest technology to access their healthcare records and services.
