Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor – CAMBRIDGE (permanent or freelance)
Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 + package
Freelance: £350 – £450 per day
Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor required – Civil Engineering business
- NEC form of contract use
- site visits and head office work, some hybrid available
- valuations, variations, final accounts
- measurement data completed by site teams
- Monthly CVR\’s
- negotiating and client relationship building
- managing compensation events, and keeping on top of contract requirements
- taking contractual responsibility from a commercial perspective for projects
