An opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join Cambridge based Residential Groundworks Business to operate within their commercial team. The client with an annual turnover of £100m is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business as they have multiple projects currently ongoing as well as at tendering stages. Duties: • Optimising contract profitability • Provide quotations to clients for variations • Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks • Accurate monthly cost and value reports • All other daily tasks performed by a Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements: • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks • Time management skills and meeting deadlines • Experience in value engineering • Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint Renumeration: • Up to £85,000 p.a • Car allowance • Paid Holidays • Pension Scheme
