Associate Director at Harvey John I Focusing on Commercial Finance & Accountancy

This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing business on an initial 12 month fixed-term basis.

You will be guiding and steering a small team but, in addition to this, your focus will be on:

• Preparing all aspects of management reports
• VAT returns
• Overseeing the processing of Payroll
• Conducting financial analysis and liaising with key stakeholders
• Business partnering, focusing on improving systems and processes

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• Be analytical and be confident in recommending improvements to systems and processes
• Have strong commercial/ management accounting experience and be comfortable speaking to stakeholders
• Have strong leadership experience, with a background in managing small finance teams
