PEGA Developer

PEGA Developer – PRPC/CLSA/Banking – London – £435pd (Inside IR35)
Location: London (3 days onsite per week)
Rate: £435 per day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella)
Duration: Until end of 2025

We are currently looking for an experienced PEGA Developer (CLSA) to join our client's IT Development Team, supporting their workflow platform built on PEGA. This is a long-term contract role with a leading financial services firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on development of the PEGA platform (PRPC).
• Support and guide the business analyst in describing business processes.
• Focus on application design and produce architecture design documentation.
• Breakdown development tasks and deliver robust, scalable PEGA solutions.
• Extend and maintain existing applications using deep functional knowledge.
• Work as part of a collaborative team delivering large-scale PEGA projects in a banking environment.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on PEGA PRPC development experience.
• PEGA CLSA certification (Certified Lead System Architect).
• Strong experience as a Technical Lead.
• Experience in recent PEGA version upgrades.
• Proven ability to implement frameworks, architecture components, and key functionality/rules.
• XML experience and integration using JMS/MQ services within PRPC.
• Experience in software architecture and SOA services implementation.

Technical Skills:

• Background in Computer Information Systems or related field.
• Knowledge of technologies such as MS SQL Server, Oracle DB, C#, Java, ETL (Informatica), Tableau, HTML5, JavaScript.

Soft Skills:

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies.
• Familiarity with TOGAF, UML, Agile project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills – able to liaise with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for technology.
