We are supporting our client in their search for an experienced Administration Assistant. You will offer administrative support across the organisation and dealing with all telephone or email enquiries. Based in the outskirts of Dover, working a 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with one hour for lunch., * Meet and greet guests

Dealing with all administration, correspondence and typing letters

Sending out company’s literature and brochures to existing and prospect clients

Dealing with a diverse range of customers: Architects, Building Surveyors, Site Managers and Contractors

Updating the in house CRM system and inputting data onto Excel

Working closely with the sales team, forwarding on customers enquires for quotations

Answering all telephone and email enquires

Please note, you will need your own transport due to the location of the company – no public transport serves the village.

Salary: £24,000 p/a

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm (one hour for lunch)
