What you will be doing
We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team. The successful candidate will own financial forecasting and reporting, run analysis to improve our margins, and support investment appraisals. The role requires great attention to detail, a get-things-done attitude, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Use your financial skillset and commercial acumen to influence business decisions.
- Build and maintain financial forecasting models including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement, used for budget and reforecasting.
- Prepare and monitor cost budgets by department to drive a culture of financial discipline.
- Run management and Board reporting, surfacing key business insights, and ensuring we are on track with our budget and longer-term ambitions.
- Partner across departments to support ad-hoc business cases and investment appraisals (new partnership, product launch, new market entry, etc.).
- Relentlessly seek opportunities to improve and automate our manual processes.
What you will bring:
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Business Analyst roles or similar areas.
- Experience in running budget and forecast processes.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to make your point whether to your Finance colleagues or the C-suite.
- Get-things-done attitude; you are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Ability to work independently and navigate through ambiguity in an exciting, fast-changing environment.
- Problem-solving skills; you are relentless at trying to find a way to solve challenges.
- Curiosity and an open mind: we’re a culture of learners and we welcome a humble approach.
- High attention to detail; you review every word and number before sharing your work.
- Experience using GSuite software, Excel, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Omni).
