My client is seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to oversee the effective implementation and continuous improvement of our risk management framework. As a Risk Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of risk awareness across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the enhancement, implementation, and embedding of core risk management processes across the enterprise.
- Take charge of preparing materials for risk and control self-attestation (RCSA), contributing to key risk assurance activities.
- Work closely with risk managers to assess and challenge first-line processes related to operational, group, strategic, and legal/regulatory risks.
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the risk management system and associated data.
- Drive ongoing development and optimization of the risk management system and its functionalities.
- Regularly update and manage risk management framework documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for system functionality development, liaising between the business, IT, and vendors.
- Oversee the RCSA and reporting cycle, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Manage operational risk reporting through platforms such as PowerBI and Excel.
- Provide expert technical and analytical support to the Risk team and wider business.
