The Role
The successful candidate will work on cutting-edge leveraged finance transactions , gaining exposure to high-value sponsor-led deals . Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions for major private equity sponsors .
- Structuring and negotiating highly complex debt finance arrangements .
- Working closely with clients, partners, and other practice areas to execute high-profile transactions.
- Managing multiple workstreams within fast-paced, time-sensitive deals.
- Keeping up to date with market trends, regulatory developments, and evolving finance structures .
Key Requirements
- 0-2 years PQE , with experience in leveraged finance or sponsor-led transactions .
- Trained at an elite US or Magic Circle law firm , with exposure to top-tier private equity finance transactions .
- Excellent academic background (minimum 2:1 or equivalent from a leading university).
- Qualified in England & Wales or the US .
- Outstanding technical ability, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-moving transactional environment.
