We are a successful restaurant design & build company seeking a budding or experienced Restaurant Designer to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating unique and functional spaces for both chefs and diners.

Skills
Preferably qualified in Interior Architecture, Interior Design or Architectural Technology you must have experience in using AutoCAD or Revit and you will need a basic working knowledge of core Microsoft Office programmes. You will need to be thorough producing work of a high quality to tight deadlines and be keen to go the extra mile to get the job done.
You will need to be confident in communicating regularly with the sales team and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. You will need to maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.
You will have experience of working in 3D with AutoCAD or Revit. Experience of 3D Studio MAX and Photoshop would also be a benefit. Ideally, you will have some experience of designing for or working in the hospitality/catering sector but this is by no means essential as training will be provided.
The Role
Reporting to the Design Director you will be responsible for producing initial floor plans from surveys, revising existing drawings and developing 3D views & elevations. You will select and specify materials, furniture, and finishes and generally assist other designers as necessary. As your experience and competency develops you will be producing your own full designs from concept to completion via detailed construction drawings, specifications and services drawings. You will also be contributing to our large CAD library and assist with its maintenance & development.
