We are looking for an exceptional Senior QA to join the team responsible for driving business efficiency through the adoption of best-in-class business systems, utilizing the latest enhancements to support the rapidly growing scale-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Creation of reliable peer-reviewed automated tests to validate customer-focused acceptance criteria as part of an end-to-end testing lifecycle.
- Actively look to improve testing efficiency, seeking opportunities to ‘shift left’ when considering the level at which new test cases might best be created.
- Participate in planning meetings, ensuring that test effort for new features under development is appropriately considered and estimated.
- Document any bugs or issues found to facilitate smooth investigation and validate fixes to confirm resolution.
- Ensure both functional and non-functional test areas are considered where appropriate, taking a balanced view as to a suitable level of test coverage.
- Participate in code reviews for automated tests written by engineers within the team and cross-team.
- Work with other test engineers to improve testing tools & processes, identifying and bringing into practice any relevant potential new test tools & frameworks.
- Create, configure, maintain, and deploy test environments.
- Lead by example, as an individual contributor; follow best testing practices and identify improvements.
- Collaborate with the Product, UX, and the wider Engineering team to define solutions to customer problems and identify increments that allow the earliest possible release of value that delivers a world-class user experience across multiple demographics.
- Develop a best practice framework for the team.
- Drive continuous improvement within yourself and the team by proposing enhancements to the technology stack and processes.

- History of working in a fast-paced SaaS business delivering high-frequency incremental delivery of customer-facing functionality.
Essential Skills
- Background and previous experience in automated software testing and test tools.
- Strong communicator and collaborator within team and cross-team.
- Creating test cases for new and existing functionality.
- Behaviour-driven test frameworks GitHub, and Git.
- Building robust and scalable test frameworks.
- Back-end testing via RESTful APIs and queues.
- Proven ability to manage a team.
- In-depth experience with CRM and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with the Scrum methodology.
- Quick to learn new application processes and features.
- Responsible for end-to-end testing as part of the team.
- Has worked for at least 2 years in a technology environment.
Desirable
- Knowledge of creating & modifying pipelines for test execution as part of CI/CD.
- Familiarity with performance test tools such as JMeter.
