What Will You Be Doing?

As a Heating & Renewables Product Trainer, you will work towards the Training team’s vision of becoming the leading provider of Air Source Heat Pump technology training. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering effective training programmes, managing all aspects from methods to content
  • Using a variety of approaches to enhance customer knowledge, including in-house, on-site, live-streaming, video, face-to-face, and other creative methods
  • Staying updated on industry issues impacting Daikin UK’s training offerings
  • Collaborating with Product Management, Marketing, FQS, and Sales to identify and meet technical training needs
  • Updating course materials to include product updates
  • Supporting the Learning Centre Manager in maintaining training centres with relevant equipment and tools

The Ideal Candidate:

You should have experience in a Learning and Development or training role, with knowledge of heating products. Alternatively, you may have extensive practical knowledge of heating systems and a passion for training and development. Relevant qualifications such as an HND in Heating Systems, G3 Water Regulations, Energy Efficiency for Domestic Heating C&G 6084/6068, Solar Thermal Hot Water Systems, and Gas Safe Registration are desirable.

The role requires nationwide travel to various training centres across the UK.
