As a Senior Support Worker, you will assist the Senior Management team in the co-ordination and operational management of the Oldham Mental Health Services, ensuring that a high quality service is maintained at all times. You will take delegated responsibility for key functions and tasks, as directed by senior staff. You are to ensure support is provided to service users with mental health needs, with a view to increasing independence to move forward with less support or independent accommodation, and to maintain current levels of functioning.
A minimum of two years’ experience in providing care and support to people with mental health needs is essential for this role. A passion for providing excellent managerial support to our friendly staff team is also key.
