Version 1 is looking to recruit an adaptable User Centred Design Consultant who can work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and deliver excellent results across GDS projects for our customers in the public sector. As a User Researcher, you will plan, design, and carry out research activities with users that help teams get a deep understanding of the end users. This research informs policy, proposition, service, content, and interaction design so that services work well for users and achieve policy intent. We are specifically looking for people who already hold SC clearance to be considered for this particular role.
You will have experience in:
- User-centred and agile practices: Understand user-centred design practices and know how to embed them into an agile workflow to deliver timely findings.
- Technical understanding: Demonstrate knowledge of the technologies used to build and operate digital services.
