Recruitment Manager
A fantastic opportunity has arisen at one of the world’s leading US law firms for a Recruitment Manager to join their close knit Human Resources team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Associate Director of Recruitment to deliver quality-driven and timely professional recruitment for the London and European offices as required.
- Salary to £80,000
- Hybrid working (4 days in the office / 1 day remote)

Recruitment Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 360 recruitment support – roles will include fee earners, business services and supporting the hiring of US graduates for our annual summer programme as well as LLM candidates as required
- Ensure the firm has agreed terms of business in place with recruitment agents and working with the Associate Director of Recruitment on agreeing and amending terms as required
- Initiate and increase direct sourcing where possible
- Draft and agree offer letters along with job descriptions with the guidance of the Associate Director of Recruitment, partners and hiring managers
- Prepare management reports to assess return on investment of attraction strategies, efficiency of processes and diversity of our talent pool
- Promote diversity principles and good practice, providing advice on current initiatives and supporting new diversity initiatives and projects
Recruitment Manager Skills & Requirements:
- At least 7 years’ experience recruiting for law firms or professional services environment
- Familiarity with legal academic and professional systems across both US and UK
- Proficiency in MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint. Well versed in AllHires (preferred), or a similar recruiting database/software
