Strong Independent estate agency requires a Lettings Negotiator to operate in Leeds supporting the market share growth for this leading brand. The company operates in the private lettings and student lettings space. With your previous experience (preferred but not essential) you will relish the the opportunity to operate within a busy office assisting with all aspects of Residential Lettings. As the Lettings Negotiator you will ideally already possess strong agency knowledge and be comfortable in all scenarios. Combining your ability to build rapport quickly with tenants and landlords and to present to very high standards, you will bring further success and added value to our client’s portfolio.

Responsibilities for this Lettings Negotiator will include:

  • Deliver high levels of customer service

  • Assisting with tenant inquiries

  • Handling deposits

  • Arranging new tenancies

  • Drive and arrange residential valuations

  • Stay aware of the market conditions to remain effective in the local market

  • Ensuring close client contact with landlords and offering professional advice at all times

  • Ability to build great relationships

  • Demonstrate your excellent organisational skills
