Role Objectives:

The Document Controller & Training Administrator will play a key role in maintaining the integrity and organization of all controlled documents within the Quality Management System, ensuring seamless access and compliance. Additionally, this position will oversee all aspects of the training program, empowering employees with the skills and knowledge to drive continuous improvement and excellence across the organization.

What You\’ll Do:

  • Responsible for the initiation and maintenance of the document control lifecycle
  • Maintain all controlled documents in an organized manner
  • Ensure controlled documents are reviewed/revised in line with their periodic review cycle.
  • Ensure that controlled documents, such as Job Descriptions and CVs, are signed and in an audit-ready state.
  • Oversee and maintain the training matrix for the organization.
  • Assign training to global staff per the training matrix.
  • Participate in training-related metric reporting.
  • Liaise with department managers to ensure overdue training is promptly addressed by their reporting line.
  • Support annual GxP training requirements in both the development and assignment of said training.
  • Support key stakeholders in training content development and administration of said training within the relevant system(s).
  • Manage all training-related files in the relevant system(s).
  • Provide support during client/regulator audits/inspections for controlled document and training related inquiries.

What You\’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in a similar role or with a related skillset is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of the team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
