Our RedBull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world.
They understand RedBull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the RedBull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at RedBull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and love working in a creative atmosphere.
Responsibilities
All responsibilities entrusted to you include:
- Represent the brand with professionalism through everyday interactions, embodying its personality traits and values.
- Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of RedBull through product sampling at suitable locations, and answer consumer questions competently.
- Develop and implement a tailored campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life at university.
- Build and maintain relationships with key local individuals and stakeholders.
- Drive engagement on social media with authentic content.
- Participate in RedBull events and supported events to create memorable brand experiences.
- Collaborate with local sales account managers to ensure RedBull is available and visible in outlets.
- Work with sales teams to open new distribution points on campus and beyond.
- Leverage RedBull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales outlets.
- Ensure the execution of store standards and deliver excellence in all tasks.
- Share ideas and collaborate regularly with the team, both online and face-to-face.
- Plan and report activities via the dedicated online platform accurately and timely.
- Provide local insights and trends to help develop RedBull\’s media business.
- Studying at a university within the specified city.
- Willingness to travel 70-80%.
