The Opportunity

This is not your typical sales role. We don’t want ‘salesy’ people – we want individuals who understand the challenges farmers face daily and can offer real solutions that improve their businesses.

This is an ethical, consultative sales role, selling a cutting-edge hardware and data-driven solution that helps dairy farmers monitor their herds from the inside out, gaining unique insights that reduce costs, improve milk yield, and enhance herd welfare.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Dairy Background Essential – You may be a Dairy Manager, Herdsperson, or already selling solutions into the dairy sector

✅ Likeable & Trustworthy – Farmers buy from people they trust

✅ Strong Industry Knowledge – You understand the pressures, challenges, and realities of running a dairy farm

✅ Autonomous & Self-Motivated – You’ll manage your own patch, diary, and customer relationships

The Role

🔹 Field-based – Visiting farms, building relationships, and consulting on how this technology improves efficiency and herd health

🔹 Targeting farms with 300+ dairy cows

🔹 Remote working, responsible for managing your own territory

🔹 Selling an innovative bolus and data solution that future-proofs dairy farms
