We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Performance Marketing & Lead Nurturing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be a key driver of multiple performance marketing initiatives, including our paid advertising and lead nurturing efforts, while also helping to coordinate team workflows and ensuring project success.

Your Responsibilities:
- Strategically design and execute end-to-end lead generation campaigns, encompassing multi-channel strategies, targeted content creation, and personalized lead nurturing flows.
- Leverage CRM data and automation tools to enhance lead nurturing processes, personalize communications, and drive lead conversion.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing including website conversions, webinars, and other channels.
- Help coordinate marketing team workflows, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Act as a central point of communication and collaboration for the marketing team.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Create high-quality content, including video sales letters and other engaging materials.
- Improve conversion funnels and user journeys.
