Purpose of the role

Sitting between our marketing and new business teams you will streamline operations and manage our lead generation activities. You will lead on all local (UK) marketing activity including: localising and executing the marketing strategy for the UK, and management of local marketing channels. You will use your marketing and new business skillset as well as work with senior leaders from across the agency to facilitate strategic prospect outreach, production of marketing and sales collateral, paid lead gen campaigns and pipeline measurement. You will be focused on driving leads and nurturing connections with prospective clients as your primary goal through a multidisciplinary/multichannel approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of all marketing activities in line with regional and global activity
  • Actively research and suggest ideas and opportunities to promote the company and services
  • Implement outbound campaigns to nurture leads throughout the entire buying process and optimize conversion of that traffic into leads
  • Manage the production/creation of online campaigns and suggest ideas for creative outreach campaigns
  • Ensure marketing is central to driving brand awareness and generation of qualified leads
  • Monitor marketing qualified leads and flag/refer new business opportunities to senior team members
  • Utilize marketing and sales communications mix to drive lead gen strategy across multiple business and global segments
  • Assist the Global Head of Marketing and International Client Engagement Director with development, execution and tracking of paid lead generation campaigns
  • Help identify opportunities with priority verticals and key service areas
  • Assist Client Engagement team with production of sales collateral, case studies and other assets
  • Own management of prospect outreach and associated tactics – event attendance, networking and awards
  • Report weekly on key metrics – prospect touchpoints, conversations, opportunities, etc.
  • Work closely with teams around the world for case studies and marketing assets to ensure consistent, relevant sales materials
  • Monitor campaign performance data and contribute to global marketing reports, including campaigns such as website performance, mailers, advertising and social media activity
  • Monitor and analyze engagements on social media and respond as appropriate
  • Analyze and evaluate results and data to make campaign and investment recommendations
  • Compile ad-hoc reports and/or analysis as and when required, in addition to monthly reports of local marketing activity

About you

  • Deep knowledge of and passion for marketing, digital strategy, lead generation, conversion rate optimization, email marketing and social media in addition to SEO.
  • Client service experience, preferably from agency side
  • Hunger to hunt for and convert new business that contributes to the growth of the business
  • Capacity and aptitude to work in a pacey, agile way for an entrepreneurial business and get things done!
  • Organized and systematic, with an excellent eye for detail
  • Ability to go above and beyond to implement and streamline processes for best practice lead generation and sales enablement
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
