What we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing Art Director – Cosmetics to join our team. You will lead the production of outsourced art and cosmetic assets, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure quality standards and creative vision are met.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with external art vendors.
2. Lead the production and delivery of outsourced assets.
3. Guide concepts and briefs to realize effective cosmetic visions.
4. Provide art direction for Cosmetics with internal and external teams.
5. Track asset status and support production with necessary materials.
6. Review and approve external assets to ensure alignment with the game\’s style.
7. Maintain consistency with the project\’s artistic direction.
8. Refine external art pipeline for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
9. Manage teams of Outsourcing Managers, Artists, and Animators.
10. Expand outsourcing efforts while improving efficiency and asset quality.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Outsourcing Manager or Art Director in the video game industry.
• Proven experience managing external vendors or teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of art content production pipelines.
• Motivated and passionate about quality.
