JOB INFORMATION – Static Engineer / Electrician

• The position is a site-based role where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as electrical PPM’s including lighting, emergency lighting testing/remedials, and any other electrical maintenance and remedials on site. There may be a small element of HVAC maintenance alongside an A/C engineer for annual servicing.
• This exciting opportunity has come available due to the win of this new prestigious contract in Fulham, several luxury apartment blocks with gyms, etc., on one site.

CANDIDATE INFORMATION – Static Engineer / Electrician

• The ideal candidate will have experience of working on mechanical/electrical services and maintenance/facilities contracts previously with a good knowledge of electrical systems.
• Experience and knowledge of PPM’s and site compliance.
• Our client is looking for someone who seeks a long-term opportunity; additional training would be offered to the right person.
• Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously and on contracts of a similar nature. This site is high-end residential, so requires someone with a professional approach, smart & well presented with excellent time keeping.
• We are looking for someone who is honest and reliable with the ability to build good relationships with the customers on site.
