Our client is a fast-growing company specializing in e-commerce, dropshipping, and social media. They offer a 4-month Done With You program for their clients who are employees, students, and retirees looking for an additional stream of income or a change in career path. They have a rating of 4.8 stars on TrustPilot, a 96% success rate of completion, and have served over 7000 clients. They are in a growth phase and are looking to hire a Sales Consultant who is fluent in French.

The Role

  • The responsibilities of the Sales Consultant role are to generate new business and enroll new clients into the 4-month program priced at 6,000 €. Call volume consists of a minimum of 6 calls per day and must achieve a closing rate of at least 20% during ramp up, 30% or more thereafter.
  • You will also be expected to attend morning training meetings from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM CET, send end-of-day reports, and follow up on no-shows.
