Territory Sales Manager – Northern Ireland
Field-Based (80% Travel) | Competitive Salary + Benefits
Our client, a leading brand in the DIY & home improvement sector , is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow independent and wholesale accounts across Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to join a well-established company and drive business success. Based in Northern Ireland with regular travel to Dublin and South Ireland.
The Role:
- Managing 2-5 key accounts plus a portfolio of ~100 independent accounts
- Building strong relationships with buyers, owners, and shop floor teams
- Negotiating and securing Annual Trading Agreements and Joint Business Plans
- Driving sales growth and maximizing profitability
- Identifying and securing in-store promotional opportunities (secondary locations, bulk stacks, end displays, etc.)
- Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Distribution teams
- Conducting market analysis and providing strategic insights
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing independent & wholesale accounts in DIY, home improvement, or a related sector
- Proven track record of growing sales & achieving targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently with strong commercial acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- A full driving license and willingness to travel across Ireland & the UK (up to 80%) , including overnight stays
