SEN HLTA

Remedy Education are currently looking for Higher-level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to join a large and busy Secondary SEN school based in Greenwich to start September 2025. The role would be working at a senior level providing academic support to mainstream and SEN students whilst ensuring inclusion of all students. This Higher-level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) role would also be leading interventions for high-achieving and low-achieving students and leading groups for "covid catch-up".

You will be working parallel with the teacher to ensure students are progressing at the rate that they should be and would be assisting in the planning, leading and coordinating lessons/activities.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the same role and be degree-educated, though candidates from different backgrounds would be considered.

You will need an enhanced DBS to be considered for this role and available to start immediately.
