About the Role

You will lead client engagements, ensuring seamless delivery of consultancy services and technology implementations. Collaborating with internal teams, you’ll define project scope, manage risks, and oversee technical workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope and initiate projects with clear success criteria.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources.
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth execution.
• Establish governance and decision-making processes.
• Ensure quality control, testing, and change management.
• Track project outcomes and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering senior-level business transformation projects.
• Must have expertise in data-driven projects and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, CDPs).
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
