Job Description

DATA ADMINISTRATOR | 6 MONTH FTC | PRESTON | OFFICE BASED | £29,500 DOE Your new company You will be working for a market leading electricity supplier based across the North West. Your new role The role will focus on the registration of connections, projects and processing of customer application forms, monitoring of shared mailboxes, responding to customer queries within an allocated times and various data entry.-You will also support the enquiries phone line as required. -This role will be primarily precise data entry focused, so a minimum of 12 months experience is required.- Complying with processes and GSoP requirements – Processing application forms – Monitor performance to ensure regulatory compliance – Delivery of key milestone and deadlines – Assess the technical requirements for each application and provide the appropriate solution What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you will be confident with accurate data inputting.

In addition to this, you will be required to:Hold GCSE level qualifications grades A-C or levels 4-9 including Maths, English Language and Science; Hold an NVQ Customer Service level 3 qualification or equivalent (desirable); Have proven experience working in a customer service environment; Have a knowledge of SAP (desirable); Be an excellent written and verbal communicator together with excellent interpersonal skills; Have the proven ability to work as part of a team; What you'll get in return In return, you will be working on a temporary to permanent contract, gaining experience from a large, progressive company. You will be based in the centre of Preston, 5 days per week (Monday-Friday), working either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. You will be paid a premium rate of £16.53 per hour.
