Are you an experienced Family Solicitor looking for an exciting opportunity to join a well-established high street law firm? Due to succession planning, this firm is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Lawyer (either Solicitor or Legal Executive) with 5+ years PQE to join them in Crawley, West Sussex.

The Firm:

• The firm has a long-standing reputation for providing exceptional legal services to their clients in the Crawley and surrounding areas. With a commitment to delivering high-quality advice and support, they have built strong relationships within the community and beyond.

About The Role:

• As a Senior Family Solicitor, you’ll take over an existing caseload spanning both privately funded and legal aid. From divorce to financial settlements and children matters (with an emphasis in financial remedy), you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and representation to the firm’s clients.
• In addition, you’ll conduct your own advocacy; therefore, previous experience of this is highly desirable.

Requirements:

• You must be an experienced Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE.
• Experience handling both privately funded and legal aid matters.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Family Panel Membership is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and providing exceptional client service.
