Job Title: Solicitor – Property Team
This forward-thinking law firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Property Team. The firm is keen to hear from candidates with 2 or more years of PQE who have experience in commercial property or residential conveyancing. You will be involved in all aspects of property work, including:
- Advising clients on matters related to the purchase, sale, remortgaging, and transfer of residential and commercial properties
- Negotiating missives
- Attending to registration of title and voluntary registrations
- Negotiating commercial leases for landlords and tenants
- Advising on all aspects of commercial and agricultural conveyancing
- Negotiating Share and Asset purchase and sale agreements
- Handling Shareholder & Partnership Agreements, Service Agreements
- Managing commercial fixed and floating securities
