Job Title: Solicitor – Property Team

This forward-thinking law firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Property Team. The firm is keen to hear from candidates with 2 or more years of PQE who have experience in commercial property or residential conveyancing. You will be involved in all aspects of property work, including:

  1. Advising clients on matters related to the purchase, sale, remortgaging, and transfer of residential and commercial properties
  2. Negotiating missives
  3. Attending to registration of title and voluntary registrations
  4. Negotiating commercial leases for landlords and tenants
  5. Advising on all aspects of commercial and agricultural conveyancing
  6. Negotiating Share and Asset purchase and sale agreements
  7. Handling Shareholder & Partnership Agreements, Service Agreements
  8. Managing commercial fixed and floating securities
