ServiceNow Solution Architect – Job Description
You will be reporting to the regional ServiceNow Leadership and collaborate with many other teams globally (e.g. Presales, Client Partner and Delivery teams) to deliver large programs, support customers on their digital transformation journey with ServiceNow and support pre-sales team with new pursuits in the region around ServiceNow and Enterprise Service Management.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for our customers on their digital transformation journey with ServiceNow
- Lead and own ServiceNow technical deliveries
- Aligns architectural strategy with business requirements
- Translate requirements into technical designs, evaluating with ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices
- Propose ServiceNow innovation roadmap to serve towards the best future-proof platform architecture and investment value
- Ensure the technical team follows the standard processes and drive towards successful product releases.
- Guide, mentor and train team members
- Create value-adds and accelerators on ServiceNow, including pre-sales support
- Define and implement differentiators for ServiceNow business development
Areas of Expertise
- Ability and demonstrated experience in running large scale application transition & transformation programs
- Demonstrated experience in leading sprint planning efforts, reviewing stories against business requirements, splitting epics, and organizing development teams
- Experience on multiple ServiceNow products such as – ITSM, ITOM, CSM etc
- Experience on Mobility, Discovery and Orchestration
- Experience in design, development and deployment in ServiceNow
- Experience in complex data migration

Demonstrable delivery experience with project commercial & delivery teams and high client satisfaction ratings
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (German preferable)
ITIL Foundation or higher certification(s)
