An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio in Central London has arisen.
GH Engage are currently recruiting a Foot Mobile Engineer to work on across Central London looking after Commercial sites. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Central London.
The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks across Commercial sites within the portfolio.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
This position would be ideal for an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Electrical & Mechanical maintenance. In return the company are offering a salary up to £45,000 with an Oyster Card for travelling in between jobs, overtime and training + development.
This role would also require a clean DBS check.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- PPM\’s and Reactive works
- Carrying out maintenance on AHU\’s and FCU\’s
- Emergency light testing
- Water Treatment
- Changing ballasts
- Fire alarm testing
- Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
- Updating site log books
- Provide further works reports where required
- Completing all works to a high standard
Required Skills:
- Level 3 in Mechanical or Level 3 Electrical & 18th Edition
- Previous experience within a similar position but must be strong Mechanically
- Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
