Production Operative

XCL Group are working alongside a growing company who are looking for people to join them at a large manufacturing site in West Yorkshire. This opportunity offers the potential of long-term employment. They are looking for hard working and reliable individuals to become a key part of their manufacturing departments.

Due to the locality of this job role and the timing of shift pattern, we would require candidates to drive and have access to their own vehicle. This position will include a lot of manual handling, working at heights, and in hot conditions. This requires somebody who has done a manual job previously and is comfortable with heavy lifting.

Job Requirements:

• UK Driver's license and access to own vehicle
• Comfortable working at heights in hot conditions
• Comfortable working in PPE all day
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced production environment
• Responsible for operating machinery
• Heavy lifting up to 25kgs

The role will be both days and nights rotating weekly Monday - Thursday.
