As Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success of one of London’s most exciting properties. This is not just another finance role – you’ll be a strategic leader, working alongside senior management to shape financial strategy, drive business growth, and ensure a best-in-class guest experience. You will oversee financial operations, prepare and analyze management accounts, control cash flow, and lead budgeting and forecasting processes. Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially focused finance professional with:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification and a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to drive financial strategy and performance.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, audits, and cost control initiatives.
• Leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and operational teams.
• Experience in business transformation, financial analysis, and process improvements.
• A creative, innovative mindset, with the ability to leverage technology for financial efficiencies.
• A passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in working within a high-energy, customer-focused industry.
