Group Financial Reporting Manager (12m FTC) – London hybrid – £85,000 – £90,000

We are looking for an experienced Group Financial Reporting Manager to join a dynamic and growing international business. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality financial reporting and technical accounting for a complex and expanding digital infrastructure company. In this role, you will be working within the Group Reporting Team and collaborating with Global Finance teams to ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare annual statutory consolidated and standalone financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
Play a key role in the preparation of the global consolidation, reviewing subsidiary submissions and analysing key reporting issues.
Convert local GAAP to IFRS for the consolidation and financial statements and maintain recurring GAAP differences.
Prepare consolidated financial schedules under IFRS and US GAAP for internal and shareholder reporting purposes.
Coordinate technical accounting adjustments with external advisors, including derivative valuations, IFRS 16 lease adjustments, and purchase price allocations.
Lead the annual audit for group holding companies, ensuring timely completion of global audits and maintaining strong relationships with external auditors.
Provide guidance on new accounting standards and technical accounting matters.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required:

ACA/CA/ACCA or equivalent overseas accounting qualification required.
Minimum 5 years post-qualified experience, ideally with a Big 4 or top-tier accounting firm background.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, including IFRS 15 and IFRS 16, and financial statement preparation.
Experience with consolidation principles in a multi-location, multi-currency environment.
