What You’ll Be Doing:
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate site teams, including subcontractors and internal staff, to meet project milestones and quality targets.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
