About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in delivering and implementing our Commercial Excellence strategy. This role will partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure we have the right processes, tools, and capabilities to drive commercial success now and in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement processes, tools, and capabilities to support commercial excellence and broader business strategy.
- Work with stakeholders to enhance field force efficiency and productivity, including targeting, segmentation, territory design, call planning, and incentive schemes.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop customer-facing teams through competency frameworks and capability development programs.
- Act as a key member of the commercial network, facilitating the sharing and adoption of best practices across the business.
- Represent Animalcare professionally, upholding company standards and reputation.
- Take on additional responsibilities as defined by the Line Manager or Management Team.
Experience & Skills
- Significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in a Learning & Development role.
- Proven track record of people leadership.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and across country boundaries, with strong cultural awareness.
- Leadership and ability to influence without authority.
- Results-driven with strong planning and prioritization skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
