Group Head of Client Accounts (Residential Lettings) – London
Are you an expert in client accounting within the residential lettings sector ?

The Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a market-leading Lettings & Estate Agency group seeking a Head of Client Accounts to oversee the management, compliance, and efficiency of multiple regional client account teams. Reporting to the COO , you will ensure the highest standards of financial governance, compliance, and operational effectiveness across the business.
- Oversee multiple regional Client Accounts teams, ensuring consistent processes, compliance, and performance.
- Maintain rigorous compliance with client money protection, industry regulations, and internal policies.
- Lead due diligence on acquisitions , ensuring seamless integration of new client accounts.
- Work closely with the COO, CFO, and Finance teams to enhance financial controls and reporting.
- Manage relationships with banking partners, auditors, and key third-party providers .
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and optimise reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in client accounting within UK residential lettings or a regulated business .
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and client money management .
- A detail-oriented, strategic thinker who thrives on improving systems and ensuring compliance.
- Background in finance, legal, or compliance would be an advantage.
