A reputable law firm based in the city centre is seeking an intelligent Client Coordinator to provide extensive support in their Court of Protection team. As a challenging but rewarding area of work, the successful individual will be sensitive, professional and hard-working. You will be running your own case load from start to finish and be the key point of contact for all key clients. As a client-focussed role, you will be expected to maintain a high standard of service at all times whilst also providing excellent PA & secretarial support to the legal advisors.
The role will primarily involve:
Working closely with the case managers and financial advisors.
Supporting case progression and processing completion of applications.
Preparing and reconciling accounts.
Preparing billing of costs and annual reports.
Preparing files and opening and closing of documents.
Responding to client queries face to face and via phone.
Building strong working relationships with internal advisors and also clients.
The successful Client Coordinator t will ideally have some administrative experience alongside excellent coordination and administration skills and an ability to build relationships with external stakeholders. You will be able to work under pressure and work to tight deadlines. If you have impressive academics and a client-focussed approach, please submit your CV in order to apply.
