Product Manager EMEA - Waterproofing Membranes and LAM

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager EMEA – Waterproofing Membranes and LAM to join our team in London, United Kingdom. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our waterproofing membrane and liquid applied membrane (LAM) product lines across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Innovation Roll-outs: Define and deploy roll-out strategies for innovation across focus countries, providing training and support to local organizations and coordinating with Area Managers.
• Bridge Market Needs and R&D: Represent market feedback to the Corporate Expert Teams (CET) to align R&D initiatives with specific vertical market demands.
• Promote Best Practices: Drive knowledge sharing and adoption of successful innovation deployment practices across the EMEA region.
• Support Strategic Goals: Assist with sales budgeting, certification/testing requirements, and the creation of regional marketing tools in collaboration with sustainability and digitalization teams.
