We are looking for an Operations Manager, with strong problem solving, business acumen and project management skills to join the team and manage end to end various projects (in construction, real estate, design, hospitality, operations, finance etc.) around the globe.
The candidate will be working directly with the general managers of each respective department.
What You Will Be Doing
- Deliver value through the creation, optimisation and maintenance of processes and projects
- Oversee / contribute to budgeting, construction, engineering, planning, and design for projects. Provide overall project management
- Contribute to negotiation of contracts with counterparties, ensure that contracts are fit for purpose, cost effective and incorporate appropriate Service Level Agreements
- Contribute to audit of contractors to check that the skills and competences are appropriate to needs, and they are fit to undertake the work on which they will be deployed
- Analyse new business opportunities and build comprehensive business cases (P&L analysis, risks assessment etc.)
- Implement, develop and optimise processes for hiring, coaching and performance management of employees
- Develop and implement cost saving measures
- Lead operationalisation of new business opportunities
Requirements
- Experience: internship in top management consulting firms / investment banks, alternatively high-growth companies or tech departments of large companies
- Native/Fluent in English and Russian (both spoken and written)
- STEM degree from top university
- High GPA above 3.5/4.0 (or equivalent)
