Requirements
- You MUST have excellent language skills in professional English and Danish, in written and spoken (according to the CERF Framework C1-C2)
- 2+ years experience in leisure oriented sector of business, hospitality, retail, leisure, customer service, concierge or call center
- Experience with a GDS system desirable
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members, suppliers, and clients, working in a calm and professional manner at all times
- Strong administration skills and ability to prioritize workloads to meet strict deadlines
- Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture
- Are service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
- Natural sales flair with experience in selling lifestyle and travel services
- Have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values
- Value exceptional service and live by this motto
- Computer literate to a high level and proficient with all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); additional software or CRM tools experience is an advantage
- Flexibility: This position is a full-time 40-hrs per week role on a shift basis, ability to work a 5-day work week between the hours of 06:00-23:00 GMT shift either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office
- Located in the United Kingdom
- Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement – at least 2x a week in the office
- A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
- You must meet our minimum internet speeds if you want to work remotely/in our hybrid model and this will be checked during the recruitment process and again when you join.
