Overview

At Responsive Personnel we are excited to be looking for IT Repair Technicians to work with one of our respective clients.

Responsibilities

  • Configuration of devices
  • Repair assessments – viewing, identifying the problem and diagnosing fault
  • Fault finding and plan of action to resolve problems
  • Fitting of new parts to repair product
  • Testing of product to ensure returned to full working order
  • These repairs can be across a range of Chromebooks, Laptops, Tablets & Smartphones (Apple & Android)

Qualifications

  • Previous experience and knowledge of repairs and operating systems is preferred although full on the job training will be given.
  • Strong Organisation skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • Time management skills as deadlines need to be met.

Hours

08:30 – 16:30. With option overtime available.

Pay

£12.50 – £13.00. Depends on experience
