At Responsive Personnel we are excited to be looking for IT Repair Technicians to work with one of our respective clients. Duties & responsibilities: * Configuration of devices * Repair assessments – viewing, identifying the problem and diagnosing fault * Fault Finding and plan of action to resolve problems * Fitting of new parts to repair product * Testing of product to ensure returned to full working order * These repairs can be across a range of Chromebooks, Laptops, Tablets & Smartphones (Apple & Android) Key Skills and requirements: * Previous experience and knowledge of repairs and operating systems is preferred although full on the job training will be given. * Strong Organisation skills * Excellent Communication skills * Teamwork and interpersonal skills * Computer literate * Time management skills as deadlines need to be met. Hours – 08:30 – 16:30. With option overtime available. Pay – £12.50 – £13.00.
